Inside an SG Experience class

Energy, Channelled the Right Way.

At this age children need a lot of physical activity to channel their abundant energy. SportsGuru offers a fun way for them to burn off that energy in a structured manner.

As attention spans grow, so does attention to the rules of the game — the curriculum grows with age. Focus on the rules and history of each game becomes more precise, and we alternate a few weeks of a specific sport with a fun week to keep the programme balanced.

Children play both individual and team sports, learn how games work and develop the social skills that come from playing together.
