At this stage, tiny tots are still exploring the things around them and learning how to control their bodies. The primary goal of the program is to let kids touch, feel and explore different shapes, sizes and textures.
We use brightly coloured foam balls and other simple, safe equipment to grab their attention and improve their eye–hand coordination and basic motor skills.
At pre-school age we offer a non-competitive environment where children play both individual and team games, learn the basics of a game and hone their body and social skills. Pre-schoolers love role play and are naturally imaginative — we feed this by making exercise a whole lot of fun.
A few children are reluctant at first, but within two to three weeks they settle in and are just as excited about SportsGuru classes as everyone else.
